Are you happy? Do you feel healthy? What effect do the people around you have on your mood? Do you feel calm? There are so many questions like the above that I think are important to reflect upon in our everyday lives, you need to ensure that you check up on yourself because the only person who can change the way you think of feel, is you. That’s a bit of a scary thought to many of us because we all know that if you’re in a bad place or negative state of mind, it can often be difficult to get out of that rut. There are so many factors which contribute to negative thinking and feelings – work, friends, finances, weather, family, body confidence, eating habits…the list goes on. The one thing that remains consistent throughout though, is you. Not happy with your job ?
